Stella hopes you never have to read this section, but if you have any problems with a Stella Says® product, please email sayhi@stellasays.com.au or call 03 9122 5000.
Stella Says® was founded with a very specific experience in mind – simple, pampering, no drama! If our products have fallen short of that expectation, we really appreciate the feedback so we can make it right.
Please let us know the details of your purchase and the issue. Please don’t return any items. Provide us a photo if appropriate and we’ll organise a replacement product or refund.
Stella Says® complies with Australian Consumer Law, which is a fancy way of saying:
Stella will provide a refund or exchange if an item has a significant problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- does not do what we said it would or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
This doesn’t include if you change your mind!
Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
